Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your fur baby's stay, a 50% of the total will be required.

the rest of payment should be received morning of pick up.  

If a reservation is cancelled, it will result in a $50 charge for reservations of 1 to 2 nights

 $100 charge for reservations of 3 or more days.

Check-in is at 10am and check-out is at 12pm.

Charges for late pickup will be levied after 12.

Accidents happen, but cleanliness is key! 

To maintain a comfy stay for all guests, a $20 per day/per dog fee will be

added for any doggy messes in the villa/kennel/home.
